Explanation:

⇒ \(\frac{4}{9}\) × total population = male

Total population  :    Male   :   Female

           9              :      4      :     5

                                  ↓   50%   ↓

⇒  Percentage of Married women = \(\frac{2}{5}\) × 100 = 40%
