The ratio of present age of Radha and Saloni is 2 : 3 . After 7 years from now , the ratio of their ages will be 3 : 4 . If Radha is 7 years youngers than Saloni . Find age of Radha ( in years )?

                          2    :     3

Let the present age Radha =  2x    &     present age of Saloni = 3x

After 7 years ,

According to question , 

ratio of →       Radha  :   Saloni

                          3    :      4        

\(\frac{2x\;+\;7}{3x\;+\;7}\) = \(\frac{3}{4}\)

8x + 28 = 9x + 21

x = 7   

  present age Saloni  =  3x       

age of Saloni = 3 × 7 = 21

Radha is 7 years younger than Saloni . 

Then,   age of Radha  = 21 - 7 = 14
