THE LOGIC; In a training camp, three types of games hockey, cricket and badminton were taught. 14% of the total students received cricket training. Calculation; Remaining students = (100-14)% = 86% 22% of the remaining students received training for hockey. Percentage of students did who received training for hockey = 22/100 x 86 = 18.89% Remaining students = (86 x 18.92)% = 67.08% Half of the remaining students received training for badminton. Percentage of students who received training for badminton = 50/100 x 67.08 = 33.54% Percentage of students did NOT receive training in any of the three games = 100 -(14 + 18.92 + 33.54) = 100 - 66.46 = 33.54% is correct. |
