Who wrote the book 'Shop Floor'?

F.W. Taylor is known for coinage of the term ‘Scientific Management’ in his article ‘The Principles of Scientific Management’ published in 1911. After being fired from Bethlehem Steel Company he wrote a book ‘Shop floor’ which sold well. He was selected to be the president of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) from 1906 to 1907. He was a professor at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College founded in 1900.
