Active to passive (simple future):
- Object becomes subject: the object of the active sentence, the work, becomes the subject.
- Tense kept: will + base form (simple future) becomes will be + past participle: will be finished.
- Agent (by ...): the doer, he, moves to the end as by him. "In a fortnight" stays as it is.
Example: She will sing a song. → A song will be sung by her.
