The correct answer is Option (4) → Setubharatam Pariyojana
The Setubharatam Pariyojana was one part of the Bharatmala umbrella scheme. It was meant for the construction of about 1,500 major bridges and 200 rail over bridges and rail under bridges.
Note: This scheme is not there in the current NCERT book (2025-26), whose box on the Bharatmala Pariyojana now speaks of economic corridors, ring roads and bypasses. It was there in the box on Bharatmala in the 2023-24 NCERT, and hence this question has been picked from the 2023-24 NCERT.
