The Hindustan Republican Association (HRA) is credited to multiple founders, but two key figures are:
Ram Prasad Bismil: A revolutionary poet and freedom fighter, Bismil is considered a founding member of the HRA. He played a key role in drafting the association's constitution.
Sachindra Nath Sanyal: Another founding member, Sanyal authored the HRA's manifesto titled "The Revolutionary".
