Three typist P, Q and R are working simultaneously can type 216 pages in 4 hours. In one hour R can type as many pages more than Q as Q can type more than P. R can type as many pages in 5 hours as P in 7 hours. How many pages can Q type per hour?

Now, ATQ, No. of pages:

⇒ R - Q = Q - P

⇒ 2Q = P + R      ........(i)

Put the value of (P+R) and we find

⇒ P + Q + R = 54 P/h

⇒ 2Q + Q = 54

⇒ 3Q = 54

⇒ Q = 18 P/h
