⇒ 9702 = 14000 x $\frac{77}{100}$ x $\frac{100-y}{100}$

⇒ $\frac{9702}{14000}$ x $\frac{100}{77}$ x 100  = 100 -  y

⇒ 100 -  y = 90

⇒     y = 10%
