Assume total income be P

Expenditure on Electricity 14% = 0.14P

Exp on rent 18% = 0.18P

Exp on shopping 28% = 0.28P 

Total exp = (0.14+0.18+0.28)P = 0.6P

Savings = 0.4P

1/4th of savings = 5120

0.4P/4 = 5120

0.1P = 5120

P = 51200

Exp on Elect. Bill = 0.14P = 0.14*51200 = 7168
