Two  positions of a dice are given below. What can come on the adjacent face containing 'F' on it ?

Step 1) In figure Ist and IInd, L is common

Step 2) The alphabet ‘L’ is common in both the dice, but it is at a different position. In order to find out, the alphabet appearing on the opposite face, rotate the dice in a clockwise direction with the common alphabet as the reference.

Step 3) 

L   7   F

L   8   9

 Step 4)   7  is opposite to 8

                 F  is  opposite to 9

Therefore ,

             F will be opposite to 9
