Ratio of investment of Keshav, Surjeet and Thomas = 2 : 3 : 4 The ratio of their period of investments = 5 : 6 : 9 Profit spent on rent and maintenance = 20% The difference in the shares of profit of Keshav and Surjeet = Rs. 7264 Let the ratio of their period of investments be 5m, 6m and 9m respectively Profit of Keshav = (5m × 2) = 10m Profit of Surjeet = (6m × 3) = 18m Profit of Thomas = (9m × 4) = 36m According to the question 18m – 10m = 7264 ⇒ m = 908 So, Profit of Keshav + Surjeet + Thomas = 64m ⇒ 64 × 908 = 58112 But it is the 80% of the actual profit So, 80% = 58112 So, 100% = 72640 |
