We have, Kapila bought 100 frocks at the rate of 320 each. Then, the total price of all frocks = 320 × 100 = 32000. Travel expenditure = 1000 Labour expenditure = 500 Total price for all expenditure = 32000 + 1000 + 500 = 33500 New price of each frock = 33500/100 = 335 + 1.50 = 336.5 Note that profit must be 10%. So, the new cost of a frock will be. = 336.5 × 110/100 = 370.15 |
