P, Q and R can do a piece of work in 12 days, 15 days and 20 days respectively. They start the work together but after 2 days P left the work, after further 3 days R left the work and the remaining work was done by Q. If they got Rs.5400 for the whole work, then find the share of Q?

Remaining work done by Q = 60 - 10 - 15 = 35

So,

Work:   10   :   35   :  15

Wages:  2   :    7    :   3 = 12R

ATQ,

12R = 5400

1R = 450

Thus, Q's share = 7 × 450 = Rs.3150
