Options:

59%

43%

53%

50%

Correct Answer:

50%

Explanation:

Passing students of center 1 = 25 × \(\frac{20}{100}\) = 5

Passing students of center 2 = 30 × \(\frac{30}{100}\) = 9

Passing students of center 3 = 40 × \(\frac{35}{100}\) = 14

Passing students of center 4 = 45 × \(\frac{40}{100}\) = 18

Passing students of center 5 = 60 × \(\frac{50}{100}\) = 30

Passing students of center 6 = 100 ×  \(\frac{75}{100}\) = 75

Number of  passing students = 5 + 9 + 14 + 18 + 30 + 75 =  151

Number of students appeared = 25 + 30 + 40 + 45 + 60 + 100 = 300

Pass percentages =  \(\frac{151}{300}\) × 100 = 50.33%

= 50% (approx)
