Explanation:

The correct answer is Option 3- 24th

Mahavira is considered as the 24th Tirthankara.

A Tirthankara is a spiritual leader who attains enlightenment and guides others on the path to liberation. There are 24 Tirthankaras in Jainism, and Mahavira is the last one in the current time cycle.

Mahavira was born into a wealthy Kshatriya family in Vaishali, India, in the 6th century BCE. He left his home and family at the age of 30 to pursue a spiritual life. After 12 years of meditation and austerity, he attained enlightenment and became the 24th Tirthankara of Jainism.

Mahavira traveled extensively throughout India, teaching his philosophy of non-violence, compassion, and respect for all living beings. He died in the city of Pavapuri in 527 BCE.
