Concept,

Sin Θ = Cos (90 - Θ)

Tan Θ = Cot (90 - Θ)

and if the sum of the angles is 90o then we can put the angles according to our choice,

So, put all of them 45o

$\frac{sin45°}{cos45°}+\frac{tan 45°}{cot 45°}+cos 45°. cosec 45°$

= 1 + 1 + 1 = 3
