Explanation:

$I_D=\varepsilon_0 \frac{d \phi_E}{dt}=\varepsilon_0 \frac{d}{dt}(EA)=\varepsilon_0 A \frac{d}{dt}\left(\frac{V}{d}\right)$

$I_{D}=\frac{\varepsilon_0 AdV}{d} \frac{dV}{dt}=C \frac{dV}{dt}$

∴  $\frac{dV}{dt}=\frac{I_D}{C}=\frac{2}{10^{-6}}$ = 2 × 106 V/s
