Explanation:

An interesting book giving us a glimpse into the domestic world of the Mughals is the Humayun Nama written by Gulbadan Begum. Gulbadan was the daughter of Babur, Humayun’s sister and Akbar’s aunt. Gulbadan could write fluently in Turkish and Persian. It was in c. 1587 that Gulbadan Begum began to write the Humayun Nama.

Abu'l Fazl was a close advisor to Emperor Akbar, and he held a prominent position in Akbar's court. He was also one of the "Navratnas" (nine gems) in Akbar's court, known for his intellectual and administrative capabilities. Abu'l Fazl was the author of the Akbarnama, a historical account of Akbar's reign.

The biography of Emperor Aurangzeb was written by Mirza Muhammad Kazim, and it was completed in the late 17th century.

A pupil of Abu’l Fazl, Abdul Hamid Lahori is known as the author of the Badshah Nama. Emperor Shah Jahan, hearing of his talents, commissioned him to write a history of his reign modelled on the Akbar Nama.
