4:13\(\frac{1}{11}\) o’clock

T =  \(\frac{60}{55}\)(5 × H ± distance)              1 min = 6^o

   =    \(\frac{60}{55}\)(5 × 4  ±  8^o)                   48^o means 8 minutes

   =    \(\frac{12}{11}\)(20 ±  8)

       Take both sign respectively,

  \(\frac{12}{11}\) × 12  =  13\(\frac{1}{11}\)    \(\frac{12 × 28}{11}\)  =  30\(\frac{6}{11}\)

 So, correct answer is option (A).
