1+2= 03  (ALM) 

1+2+3= 06 (ABC)

1+2= 03  (DNO)

And, the other triangles are;

LMN, PMQ, NRQ, ADB, ADC

Therefore, the total number of triangles in the above figure are 03+06+03+03+05= 20 triangles.
