We know that,

Volume of hemisphere = (\(\frac{2}{3}\))πR³

We  have,

Radius of hemisphere = 21 cm

Volume of hemisphere  = \(\frac{2}{3}\) × \(\frac{22}{7}\) × 21 × 21 × 21

=  \(\frac{2}{3}\) × \(\frac{22}{7}\) × 9261 = 19404 cm³
