It is very difficult to predict the toxicity of such a broad class of compounds. Simple ketones in general are not highly toxic. But unsaturated ketone such as methyl vinyl ketone which has an LD50 (Median Lethal dose )of 7mg/kg (oral) can be said to be toxic.
