4 Kg sugar of price Rs.50 per kg mixed with 8 kg sugar of price Rs. 60 per kg. The price of the mixture per kg after gaining 20% profit will be:

Rs. 68 per kg

Total cost of sugar of 4 kg = 4 × 50 = 200

Total cost of sugar of 8 kg = 8 × 60 = 480

               Rate of mixture = \(\frac{200 + 480}{4 + 8}\) = \(\frac{680}{12}\)

              With 20% profit = \(\frac{680}{12}\) × \(\frac{6}{5}\) = 68/Kg
