Taking “not expensive” as cheap, there are cheap jeans too; this is the answer given by NTA.
Option (4) — what “most” gives at the least
If most jeans are expensive, then some jeans are certainly expensive.
This needs no extra step, so Option (4) follows from the statement as well.
Option (1) says the opposite of the “not all” part of “most”, and Option (2) brings in handloom jeans, which the statement does not mention.
