The ratio of income of Pervez, Sunny, and Ashu is 3: 7: 4 and the ratio of their expenditure is 4: 3: 5 respectively. If Pervez saves Rs 300 out of 2400, find the savings of Ashu

Ratio of income of Parvez , Sunny & Ashu = 3 : 7 : 4

Income of Parvez = Rs. 2400    ( Given )

So,  3R = 2400

1R = \(\frac{2400}{3}\) = 800

So, Income of Sunny = 7 × 800 = 5600

Income of Ashu = 4 × 800 = 3200

Ratio of expenditure of Parvez , Sunny & Ashu = 4 : 3 : 5

Saving of Parvez = 300   ( given )

Expenditure = 2400 - 300 = 2100

So,  4R = 2100

1R = \(\frac{2100}{4}\) = 525

Now, Expenditure of Ashu = 5 × 525 = 2625

Saving of Ashu = 3200 - 2625

= Rs. 575
