Mr. Raju is the factory manager of M/s Playing Kids Pvt. Ltd. a toy Manufacturing Company. In order to ensure unity of command, Mr. Raju appointed just one foreman Mr. Surya for the entire production, planning, implementation and control of a workman. However, Surya was not competent enough to effectively supervise both planning and executing functions. It reduced the quality of work and efficiency of workmen. He also expects his subordinates to adapt to new environment and working conditions without giving them time to settle down. There is a good thing in the company that every piece of equipment and even people at a prescribed place. Mr Raju has given his subordinate the duty of collecting samples of toys from the office but his subordinate did not fulfill the assigned task as his superior and top executives were allowed to enter the office.
