Relations and Functions
Find the range of the following function.
$f(x)=\sqrt{2x-3}$
[0, ∞)
[-∞, ∞)
[-2, 0)
[-2, ∞)
$f(x)=\sqrt{2x-3}$ is defined if 2x - 3 ≥ 0 or x ≥ 3/2.
∴ x ∈ [2/3, ∞), which is the domain of the function.
$∴ \sqrt{2x-3}≥ 0$
Thus, range is [0, ∞)
