(B) Nagapattinam — this matches (I) Tamil Nadu. It lies on the east coast of Tamil Nadu.
(C) Koyali — this matches (II) Gujarat. It lies in Gujarat, near the west coast.
(D) Bina — this matches (IV) Madhya Pradesh. It lies in Madhya Pradesh, in central India.
Note: The given answer is as per the official NTA Answer Key. The book gives the state only for Barauni (Bihar). Nagapattinam, Koyali and Bina appear only as dots on its map of oil refineries (Fig. 5.5), which marks the state borders but does not name the states.
