Legend can be repositioned on the chart:

Anywhere On the corner only On the right side only On the bottom of X-axis

The legend on a chart can be repositioned anywhere on the chart area. This includes the four corners, the right side, the bottom of the X-axis, and anywhere else in between. To reposition the legend in Excel, simply click and drag it to the desired location.
