Explanation:

The true statements in the context of Buddhism are: (3) (B), (D), (E) Only

(B) Mahaprajapati Gotami was the first woman ordained as a 'Bhikkuni.'
Mahaprajapati Gotami was the stepmother and aunt of Siddhartha Gautama (the Buddha). She played a significant role in the early Sangha.

(D) Relics of Buddha are kept in mounds known as "Stupa."
After the Buddha's death, his relics, which could include bodily remains or objects associated with him, were distributed among his followers. Stupas were built to enshrine these relics.

(E) 'Sangha' is an organization of monks who also became teachers of 'Dhamma.'
The term 'Sangha' in Buddhism refers to the monastic community, which includes monks and nuns. These individuals not only lead a life of renunciation and discipline but also play a crucial role in preserving and spreading the teachings of the Buddha, known as the 'Dhamma.' Monks in the Sangha are often regarded as teachers and practitioners of the Buddhist path.

Siddhartha Gautama, who later became the Buddha, attained enlightenment under the Bodhi tree in Bodh Gaya, not at Sarnath. At Sarnath, after his enlightenment, the Buddha delivered his first sermon to the five ascetics, known as the "Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta" or the "First Turning of the Wheel of Dharma."
Hagiography is a biography of a saint or religious leader. Hagiographies often praise the saint's achievements, and may not always be literally accurate.
