Here, total cost price of the mixture = 645/15 = 43 Rs/kg Now, ⇒ Ratio of quantity of Rs. 40/Kg rice and Rs.47.5/Kg = 4.5 : 3 = 3 : 2, ⇒ (3 + 2)units = 15 Kg (given total qty) ⇒ 5 units = 15 Kg ⇒ 1 unit = 3 Kg ⇒ Weight of Rs. 47.5/Kg rice = 2R = 2 x 3 = 6 Kg. |
