A man can cover a certain distance in 2 hours and 10 minutes if he walks at the rate of 12 km/hr. If he covers the same distance on cycle at the rate of 13 km/hr, then find the time taken by him.

Time = 2 hours 10 minute = 2\(\frac{1}{6}\)

Distance = Speed × Time

Distance = 12 × \(\frac{13}{6}\) = 26 km

Now , with 13 km/h Time taken to travel ,

Time = \(\frac{26}{13}\) = 2 hours

So , time taken is 120 minutes
