The logic followed here is;

As per the observation, the "L"  follows the trend called "CLOCK-WISE" with the Arrow in the big square So, we have cut out the options 03 and 04 because they do not have Arrow

As now we are observing the Arrow, it points at leftward in the image 01 and downside in the images 02,03 and 04 so in (?) the Arrow should be at opposite direction now (Right) with "L" following the trend
