A train can completely cross a 1000-metrn long bridge in 15 seconds. It can completely cross another 1300-metre long bridge in 19 seconds. What is the length of the train?

According to question ,

Train covers ( 1300 - 1000) m in ( 19 - 15 ) seconds .

Speed of train = \(\frac{300}{4}\) = 75 m/sec

Train crosses 1000 m bridge in 15 sec .

Distance covered  by train in 15 sec = 75 × 15 = 1125 m

Total distance = Length of train + length of bridge

1125 = 1000 + Length of train

So , Length of train = 125 m
