The correct answer is Option (3) → Filariasis

Option (1) Syphilis — A sexually transmitted disease.

Option (2) AIDS — A sexually transmitted disease. AIDS (Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome) is caused by HIV.

Option (3) Filariasis — Not a sexually transmitted disease. Filariasis (elephantiasis) is caused by the filarial worm Wuchereria and is spread by the bite of the female mosquito vector, not by sexual contact.

Option (4) Gonorrhoea — A sexually transmitted disease.
