In five manners, a master should attend to the well-being of his servants and employees... by assigning tasks in accordance with their abilities, by providing sustenance and wages, by caring for them during illness, by sharing special treats, and by allowing periodic breaks...
In five ways, the members of a community should care for the necessities of samanas (those who have chosen the path of renunciation) and Brahmanas: through genuine care in actions, words, and thoughts, by offering hospitality, and catering to their worldly necessities.
Similar guidance is also extended to Sigala regarding his conduct with his parents, teacher, and spouse.
