Speed of three train are in ratio 3 : 4 : 6 . Find the ratio of time taken by them .

4 : 3 : 2

 Speed = \(\frac{Distance}{Time }\)

Ratio of speed and time is inverse to each other . 

given ratio    T1       :        T2         :       T3

Speed           3        :         4          :        6

time         \(\frac{1}{3 }\) :        \(\frac{1}{4 }\)       :      \(\frac{1}{6 }\)

                    4       :          3           :       2 

so ratio of time  = 4 : 3 : 2
