S1 can do a piece of work alone in 9 days, S2 can do the same work alone in 18 days, while S3 can do it alone in 27 days. They work together and complete the work, and receive a total of ₹726 as payment for doing the work. What is the combined share of S2 and S3, taken together from the above amount?

⇒ (S1 + S2 + S3) gets amount Rs. 726 for doing complete work, therefore,

⇒ (6 + 3 + 2)x = Rs. 726

⇒ 11x = 726,

⇒ x = Rs. 66 

 Combined share of S2 and S3 = (3 + 2) x 66 = 5 x 66 = Rs. 330.
