(A) Third Battle of Panipat- 1761
The Third Battle of Panipat took place on 14 January 1761 in present day Haryana between the Maratha Confederacy and the army of the Durrani Empire.

(B) Invasion of Nadir Shah on India- 1739
Nadir Shah, the founder of the Afsharid dynasty of Persia invaded northern India and finally Delhi in 1739, the capital of the Mughal at that time. The wealth of the empire was looted.

(C) Rule of Aurangzeb- 1658-1707
Aurangzeb was the third son of Shah Jahan. He assumed the title of Aurangzeb Alamgir after he took the Mughal throne. Aurangzeb was arguably the most powerful and wealthiest ruler of his day. He ruled fr nearly 50 years, 1658–1707.

(D) Transfer of 'Diwan' of Bengal to the English East India Company- 1765
Diwani right means the right to collect revenue. The Diwani of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa to the East India Company was granted by the Mughal Emperor in 1765. This allowed the East India Company to use the huge revenue resources of Bengal.
