The average age of 11 players of a football team is increased by 4 months when two of them aged 26 years and 30 years are replaced by two new players. The average age of the new players is :

After replacing the two new players, the average age of 11 players or a football team is increased by 4 months.

Due to the replacing of two new players, the total age of 11 players is increased by (11 × 4) months = 44 month

So, the total age of two new players is  = (26 + 30) years  + 44 months

= 56 years +  44 months

And the average age of the new players is =\(\frac{56 \;years \;+ \; 44\; months}{2}\)
