Explanation:

Rate of B & C in 2016 = 20 × 50 + 12 × 35

= 1000 + 420

=1420

Rate of B & C in 2019 = 20 × 60  +  12 × 40

= 1200 + 480

= 1680

Required difference = 1680 - 1420

= Rs.260
