⇒ As savings of both of them is same so, making the difference in their income and exp. ratio same, we multiply exp. with 2,

⇒ (1 : 2) x 2 = 2 : 4

⇒ Savings = (5 - 2) = 3 units = Rs. 15000

⇒ 1 unit = Rs. 5000

⇒ Income of Suresh = 7 x 5000 = Rs. 35000.
