J1 = The value of average number of pens sold by P in all five months.

J2 = The value of average number of pens sold by Q in all five months.

What is the value of (J1/J2)?

Options:

1

2

3

4

Correct Answer:

1

Explanation:

J1 = The value of average number of pens sold by P in all five months

= \(\frac{100+ 80 + 40 + 30 + 10}{5}\) =   \(\frac{260}{5}\)

= 52

J2 = The value of average number of pens sold by Q in all five months

= \(\frac{10+ 20 + 120 + 60 + 50}{5}\) = \(\frac{260}{5}\)

= 52

ATQ ,

 \(\frac{J1}{J2}\) =  \(\frac{52}{52}\) = 1
