Three vessels whose capacities are 3 : 1 : 4 are completely filled with milk and water. The ratio of milk and water in these vessels are 4 : 1, 3 : 2 and 1 : 3 respectively. Taking \(\frac{1}{3}\) of first, \(\frac{1}{4}\) of second and \(\frac{1}{5}\) of the third mixture, a new mixture kept in a new vessel is prepared. The percentage of water in the new mixture is (approx):

⇒       Milk     :    Water

Total :  23     :       18    =   41 (Total)

Water Percentage = \(\frac{18}{41}\) × 100 = 43.9% = 44% (approx)
