Question:

The Value of $\frac{(2.8)^3 + (2.2)^3}{(28)^2 - 28 \times 22 + 484}$ is:

Options:

0.02

0.05

0.01

0.5

Correct Answer:

0.05

Explanation:

$\frac{(2.8)^3 + (2.2)^3}{(28)^2 - 28 \times 22 + 484}$

a3 + b3 = ( a + b ) ( a2 + b2 - ab )

( a + b ) = \(\frac{a^3 + b^3}{a^2 + b^2 - ab }\)

So, a = 2.8

b = 2.2

Then a + b= 2.8 + 2.2 = 5

Divide by 100 because of the decimal of the numerator = \(\frac{5}{100}\) = 0.05
