(B) A minimum population of 5000 persons. — Correct. A place must have at least 5000 people.
(C) A density of population of at least 400 persons per square mile. — Incorrect. The density must be at least 400 persons per square kilometre. The number 400 is right, but NTA changed kilometre to mile. Look at the units, not only the numbers.
(D) At least 75 per cent of male workers are engaged in non-agriculture pursuits. — Correct. Most men in a town work outside farming.
