We have direct result:

\(\sqrt {\frac{T_2}{T_1}}\) = \(\frac{S_1}{S_2}\)

⇒ \(\sqrt {\frac{16}{\frac{81}{4}}}\) = \(\frac{32}{S_2}\)

⇒S2 = \(\frac{32 × 9}{8}\) = 36 km/h
