Choose the correct option from the given alternatives to write the subject for a 'Letter of Inquiry to the Manager, XYZ English coaching classes.' Seek information for the courses offered by them.
Answer & explanation
Correct answer: option 1
The correct answer is Option (1) - Inquiry regarding courses offered
The subject should be clear and directly related to the content of the letter. In this case, you are writing to inquire about the courses offered by the coaching classes, so the subject should reflect that purpose. "Inquiry regarding courses offered" is the most appropriate subject for this situation.
