The area of a table top in the shape of an equilateral triangle is $9\sqrt{3}$ cm². What is the length (in cm) of each side of the table?

We know that,

Area of a equilateral triangle = \(\frac{\sqrt {3}}{4}\) × (side)²

The area of a table top in the shape of an equilateral triangle = 9\(\sqrt {3}\) cm²

According to the question

= \(\frac{\sqrt {3}}{4}\) × (side)²= 9√3 

= side ² = (4 × 9)

= side ² = 36 = 6 cm
